WHEN: Saturday’s 10:30am-1:30pm (aprons provided)
COST: $110 per person (includes ‘hands-on’ preparation of a three-course meal. Main is served with a glass of Yarra Valley wine and dessert is accompanied by an espresso coffee. All course notes are provided).

Our ‘Hearty Italian Feast’ Banquet will be held on 2nd, 9th and 23rd May, 2009.
If you are not a fully fledged Italian after this banquet lesson – then we haven’t done our job!!
You’ll start by making hand-made traditional egg pasta, fettuccini. This staple Italian pasta will be served with a home-made Napoli sauce. Main course is meatballs, made with two types of meat and served with a fresh salad and crusty bread. To finish this amazing feast, a traditional cake from the part of Italy our family is from - my Nonna’s baked ricotta cake.
