Foothills Conference Centre
Foothills Conference Centre is situated on a 20 acre rustic site in the foothills of the picturesque Dandenong Ranges and at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, yet only 45 minutes from the CBD.
The Centre which opened in September 2008 is owned by Jim’s Group, Australia’s largest franchise network, and is used as its world wide training centre. It is the ideal location for any occasion, from conferences with overnight stays to training seminars and company retreats.
Foothills Conference Centre not only has meals, accommodation and meeting rooms, but also the staff to facilitate your program. This includes the Centre staff and experienced Jim’s Group trainers, including Jim himself if required.

This purpose built venue offers stylish accommodation with modern conference and training facilities unlike any other in the Yarra Valley.
There are two lecture theatres that seat up to 180 delegates. These rooms are equipped with white boards, data projectors, television and video equipment. There are also two conference rooms and 10 breakout and meeting rooms. In addition, there is a fully equipped computer room with 20 networked PCs.
We also have 24 guest rooms with full en suite. Each room has tea and coffee facilities, fridge, TV, phone and internet access. There is also a self-contained cottage of five bedrooms.
For dining, menus for the conferences and training seminars can be individually tailored to your group’s requirements.Our emphasis is on locally sourced seasonal produce. From a three-course a la carte dinner to simple 2 course set menus, we cater for all occasions. Try a cocktail/stand up function with a selection of finger food, or an outdoor BBQ.
Our lounge area is perfect for a relaxing drink by the fire in the evening. The separate bar area can be used to minimize disturbance to other guests.
Recreational / Experiential Facilities
Team building activities such as obstacle courses and the ‘Laser Strike’ battle simulation are provided on site. The Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges also offer a number of options such as horse riding, winery tours, hot air ballooning, markets and galleries.
